Vision
The Comunidad: the Foya Blanca Government
There is the general perception among the Owners that the Comunidad represents less common physical utilities compared to the early years of Foya Blanca: f.e. evolving from full ownership of green zone... to usage concession ...to closed swimming pool now.
There is also a general perception that the overall condition of the Foya Blanca Urbanisation in terms of the quality of the infrastructure, the perceived comfort level and the overall security is below the average of the rest of L'Alfaz del Pi; with a negative effect on the value of the property.
On the other hand : having a large part of Foya Blanca (roads and green zone) transferred to public property (ayuntamiento) offers a new realm of opportunities:
there are high level standards of quality and security the public facilities have to conform to;
the owner=L'Alfaz del Pi has to bear the costs of all problems of quality and security below that legal standard;
Foya Blanca is to be considered an integral part of L'Alfaz del Pi and should not be deprived of any service nor infrastructural investment; any less than all the rest of Alfaz.
Use the grip the Comunidad still has over the untidily transferred green zones to influence it's use.
Turning Foya Blanca into a first class Urbanisation again and leverage and stand together towards the Council of L'Alfaz del Pi and large Utilities companies with respect to the common interests of coping with common infrastructure problems still almost totally on private property
...and preventing to slide towards an Alfaz suburb with Social zone appearance having our own common services to improve and enhance what the Townhall is doing poorly.
To create a blooming owners community that converts potential opportunities and synergies into added value for all the owners in terms of utility support, legal and classical security, entertainment, social bonding and not in the least the actual property value.
